We accept payment by PayPal, MbWay (only when shipping to Portugal) and bank transfer.

Yes! You can cancel your order while it is not in the "In Production" status. Your order is custom-made, so once production has started, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

Yes! Contact us at orders@memoriasparasempre.pt. and let us know what we can change! Your order is custom-made, so once production has started, we cannot accept change requests.

Your username in the Memórias para Sempre store is the email you chose when you created the account.

You can also confirm this information by clicking on the iconin the top right corner and then choosing the "My Account" option. A page will appear with a series of options, where you must choose "Your personal information". On this page you can check the email field that corresponds to your username.
